My name is XXXX XXXX, I am following up again with you about the bankruptcy that that reporting on my credit report with Experian. I've attempted many times to have this account investigate but somehow your Experian has refuse verified this bankruptcy as being accurate. I don't understand why they can't provide proof, because Im been trying to figure out how in the world did they verify this account? The US Bankruptcy Court informed me that they do not have my full social or any other important information pertaining to this PERSONAL and PRIVATE information. I also did not give them permission for them to share this information. My question to you is if the U S Bankruptcy Court does not have all my certified identity information, a 3rd party most likely does not and is not supposed to have it and is not required to verify the bankruptcy as being accurately reported. I demand that you remove this bankruptcy because it is NOT accurate and even a person with basic knowledge of my Consumer Rights have been violated. An impaired individual could see that the account is not accurate and is violating the accuracy of properly being verified. This is creating a lot of problems for me credit wise and financially. It is not fair to me to suffer and stress because of your inability to do things properly and illegally. All I want is for you to do is your job correctly and to properly investigate this account correctly.
