From XX/XX/21 to XX/XX/21 My bank account got hacked into from a XXXX XXXX XXXX Deposited XXXX XXXX dollar checks and one XXXX check into my checking account. which they were mobile deposited- signature on the back of these checks don't even match up. I don't even deposit a XXXX dollar check into my account. I don't make XXXX. Then once they got into my account, then they withdrew these checks and sent them out to XXXX XXXX & XXXX. TD BANK allowed these checks to go into my bank account once they found out they were a scam ... fraudulent checks.. I had no access to my bank account. Second of all they forged my signature well tried too. I already processed 3 disputes with td bank all coming back denied due to them saying i authorized this.. Clearly i did not because someone changed my biometrix ( face Id ) on my iphone & all my passwords had to be changed. So clearly someone hacked into my phone and got ahold of my bank account information. I did not authorize no information through my phone i did not give my bank account information out.. I want this fixed now.. TD BANK IS THE WORST BANK & I AM NOT PAYING XXXX I DON'T EVEN MAKE XXXX ... so i hope someone can help me with this. TD BANK WONT HELP YOU!!! THIS IS HORRIBLE AND I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. & EVEN XXXX XXXX CLERK COUNTY
