I wrote to SageStream in XXXX of XXXX and received a response on XXXX of XXXX. This is an egregious violation of FCRA which requires a response within 30 days. Pursuant to the FCRA, SageStream is required under federal law to investigate and must correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information. I am requesting a correction to the following information used to computer my score AND a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the disputed information, both which are required under FCRA. SageStream wrongfully claims that there is, " Limited history for consumer at this phone ''. This information is inaccurate. I have had one and only one mobile phone number in my life. This number is XXXX, and I have had it since XX/XX/XXXX. I have had one and only one home phone number in my life. This number is XXXX, which was associated with my address prior to my date of birth. Therefore, this number has been associated with me since XX/XX/XXXX. There was a change of the phone numbers area code on XX/XX/XXXX, during which the area code changed from XXXX to XXXX. This change was done by the telephone company for all people in the area code. SageStream wrongfully claims : " Consumer associated with phone changes ''. This information is inaccurate. There has never been a change in any phone number associated with my name, other than the statutory change of area code listed above. SageStream wrongfully claims : " Distance between prior residences ''. This information is inaccurate and incomplete. I have never had another residence. The only residence I have ever had is : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY, XXXX. The report incompletely lists my address without the state and town listed on my consumer report. This address should be complete and consistent with the address above. Therefore, there should be no distance prior residences because I have had only one address. It is the same address and any reasonable person reading the information in the report should understand that. Moreover, SageStream has been irresponsible in their transition to ownership by XXXX and has not done their due diligence in forwarding mail from their XXXX XXXX address to XXXX.
