I contacted XXXX and Experian regarding the reporting of information in which i did not give my consent. According to 15 USC 1681b - any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. On XX/XX/2021 I contacted both companies via a written dispute demanding that they remove the account from my consumer report as it is a violation of my consumer rights and I never gave XXXX or Experian any written consent to report the account to my credit report. I never received a response from either company or deletion of this account from my consumer report. Account Listed XXXX. Account # XXXX According to federal law the FCRA states that these consumer reporting agencies have 30 days to respond and failure in doing so they must immediately delete the disputed item from the consumers report. Failure to do so is a violation under Federal Law.
