Ticket # XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I made a {$1600.00} purchase on XXXXXXXX for a crypto currency know as ETH. I have verified every single part of the transaction to include the purchase amount actually showing the purchase of said crypto directly on the XXXXXXXX exchange. However, the amount of purchase for said crypto was never credited to my XXXXXXXX account and still to this day does not reflect the actual purchase made even though there own exchange reflects the purchase of the crypto. I have tried on several attempts to reach out to the business but have not received any response back aside from the standard generic computer generated email stating they have received my submitted ticket requesting assistance in the matter.
