I have written a letter and asked Transunion and XXXX multiple times to show me prof of my signature, picture, or any proof that I had consent on the hard inquiries on my credit report. Every time they replied they couldnt show me proof of any signatures indicating that it was me that made the inquiries. By law they are supposed to remove all inquiries if they cant provide proof. They are hurting my credit score by not removing the inquiries since they dont have any proof. I have three unauthorized inquiries that I dont recognize from both companies.
