I went into loan max XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MS XXXX. Once inside I spoke to a woman named XXXX who said she was the manager and been there 9 years. At the time I was dating a woman named XXXX XXXX. Who told me her title pawn was do no later than XXXX on XX/XX/2021. So we agreed that I pay on or off the car and I get the title. Which XXXX stated she can not accept payment without consent adding me to the account XXXX. Which at that time the payoff was XXXX so paid XXXX towards the loan giving me a balance of XXXX to be paid off by XX/XX/2021. However after taking payment from me Ten days later XXXX demands I give her the car back without paying me the XXXX back. I told her she needed to fulfill her obligations. She called XXXX police department and placed Grand larceny charges on me. The officers came out and decided this was now a civil matter case number XXXX. I explained all of this to XXXX who then stated she would not refund my money and I was no longer on the account.This is a very deceptive trade matter. As XXXX took money and will provide no further help. My complaint is she never should have received my funds without grounds of fulfillment. Also the receipt that she provided and said I was on account reflects only my signature in the extended loan section. Please help me get my money fully refunded or the right to payoff and title.
