I reviewed a current copy of my credit report ans show incorrect information alleged listed. Account name AARGON AGNCY ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX ) and account number XXXX is alleged to show a hospital collection which is a direct viloation of HIPPA . I have not given any consent to review hospital or my personal information. I attempt to acocunt collector with no reply to confirm debt and I also reached out to credit bureaus with no reply which is over 60 days old and is a direct violation of FCRA and FDCPA. Also, this acccout is showing and open balance of {$1200.00}. Which I do know per FDCPA that a collection/charge off is to report a {$0.00} balance. Please delete this account.
