When I log into my.equifax.com to check my credit score and report it keeps returning the error " We are temporarily unable to provide your credit score. Please try again later. " .. Just to be clear I am able to log into my account it just doesn't pull up any of my credit report or my credit score. I've called several times over the past year each time I'd call they'd say they're escalating it to their IT department and the employee would say the IT department will email me when the issue is resolved ... I'd wait several weeks and I either wouldn't respond or send me a cookie cutter response saying " my issue had been resolved '' when it really was not resolved or I wouldn't get a response at all. I lost count the amount of times I've called equifax over the past 12 months to resolve this issue and I'm yet to make any progress ... This delay in action caused me to miss several errors in my equifax account whitch resulted in adverse action taken againts me ... I wasn't aware of these errors until I was declined for credit resulting in further negative items on my credit file. I've give Equifax every oppertunity to resolve this issue and plenty of time to do so with no sucess.
