I have not used my paypal.com account and unable to close my account. It still has my personal and financial information saved on their servers and I am unable to also remove the credit card information and other personal information on their file. Called customer support and they were very clear that I will be unable to close the account. A company can not hold my information XXXX and should allow to me deactivate/close my account
