I keep receiving Credit Cart applications from Capital One that I do not want. The bottom of the form has an " OPT OUT '' phone number, but when I call it the recording requests my Social Security Number. I will never give out my SSN to a recording just to stop receiving credit card applications and I don't trust Capital One with my personal information.
