I have an account with capital one thats charged off and I settled for less amount I paid this account off in XXXX of XXXX with an agreement that capital one inc. would not disclose any further info to any of the ( 3 ) credit bureaus at all after I paid the full settlement. They had never reported any negative activity since then until XX/XX/XXXX then they all of a sudden reported to XXXX only as of now but sure will end up at XXXX and XXXX that my payment percentage went from 27 % to 21 % from week of XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. For almost a full year they reported absolutely nothing! ( As they should on closed account ). And then week of XXXX all of a sudden they take it upon themselves to tarnish my credit ( XXXX ) to be exact. By providing false information to XXXX on an account they agreed to not disclose any new information on after I paid in full my settlement amount on. This matter is not to be taken lightly as they are ruining my credit and fraudulently false reporting that I am infact making late payments on an account that I paid off XX/XX/XXXX. This would be equivalent to you paying off your automobile 100 % then your credit union reporting a year later you make two late payments on a paid off car and tarnished your credit XXXX points ( through XXXX alone so far ). I have a fully XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX daughter that was born with a XXXX XXXX Im trying to buy a house for her and I and this happened the same week I applied for a mortgage so any help u can give is greatly appreciated.
