My wife and I filed for forbearance last year. We brought our loan current in/around XX/XX/XXXX. Our loan was modified and is supposed to reflect as current on our credit reports. There was a problem with Village Capital not reporting our loan as current, but rather, it showed 90 days past due. Ive spoken to the company several times and the issue was resolved a few months ago. Now, it seems like every month, the loan is still getting reported as late. My Equifax report shows 90 days late. The other two credit agencies show current. This is greatly affecting my ability to make a purchase. I reached out to Village Capital on XX/XX/XXXX and I have not received a response. I want my credit to reflect accurately and I want to know what ramifications Village Capital will face for constantly reporting my credit inaccurately? My wife is a co-borrower on the loan and her credit report is inaccurate as well. Thank you XXXX XXXX
