I, consumer XXXX XXXX has instructed Equifax a consumer reporting agency to remove inquires and several accounts since XX/XX/2020. Equifax has taken it upon themselves to furnish my information without my permission and without my written consent. This constitutes fraud and is against my federal consumer rights 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) ( A ) Permissible purposes. Equifax has furnished credit history in which should also be excluded and factual information is against my rights as well. Several letters have not worked and now I've sent affidavits of truth to fix the issue. Equifax continues to violate me and I want it to be fixed and I want compensation for this abuse of my personal information.
