Huntington National Bank is my late Grandfather 's Trustee. Upon his death Huntington sold off his stocks and other interests in placed them in a Money Market account earning a meager .25 % while charging a fee of a full 1 % robbing the estate of .75 % annually. We vigorously objected to this and do not feel Huntington is acting with the Fiduciary Standards required by an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX banking institution. We sent them examples of 30 CD 's earning 1.04 % and other higher yielding and safe investments. Currently the 10 year interest rate is over 1.5 % but as you can see in the attached documents, Huntington is collecting over {$7400.00} in fee 's while the estate is earning an embarrassing {$250.00}. This inaction by Huntington means they have stolen tens of thousands of dollars in principle unnecessarily and is a failure of their Fiduciary Responsibility and has been in place for now over three years with no end in site.
