I have a XXXX charge in the amount of {$410.00} reported by Southwest Credit system ( number is XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX for an account that is dated back in XXXX " allegedly '' but nor XXXX or Southwest can get me a copy of the bill that they claim is past due balance and I gave been a XXXX customer since back in XXXX and still a current company. I have a home in NJ here they say it is from and I live in GA now. I had a manager at XXXX on the phone from collection department and they could proof it was mine, a copy of the bill ... I called southwest with the XXXX XXXX mgr. on the phone and southwest would not talk to us and transferred my to a VM. I told them both is they could provide a bill I'd pay but either will/can do it. I tried with there XXXX fraud team as well and got now where. They only have a email and phone that they issued to me so I'm told and don't nor ever had access to nor knew existed. Yes, I pay them {$300.00} per month is GA with my same SS #, phone #, XXXX. Yet, they claim I owe them {$410.00} from 5 years ago. I have called both companies several time and I get now where. I'm buying another house and can I please get this removed or discarded off my credit report, it's impacted my score by 40 point for {$410.00} from 5 years ago, yet, I pay $ XXXX monthly to XXXX ... please help.
