I have tried to pull money out of my Binance.US account via ACH withdrawal. My account was locked previously for chargeback fees which have been covered, according to XXXX on binance.US customer support. Account was then unlocked, but now they have not sent me An email confirmation on my withdrawal, they have also not explained why I cant withdraw my money. I do not owe binance.us money on any chargeback fees, but they wont let me pull out my money, and Im about to lose my car, and my place of residence due to their faulty customer service reps. Im literally going to struggle, and die without this money. I have {$3100.00} in my account that is stuck in order because its still pending to be withdrawn. I just want answers.
