I contacted the local bank XXXX XXXX where the account was opened, I spoke with XXXX, he confirmed the account was opened as email request on XX/XX/XXXX, and no current activity reported ; I requested to close the account, and verification of the closing account. I called Privacy Assist Services ; they notified me that there is a request for loan under my name for US Small Business Administration for a " beauty salon '', " XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX '' with a phone number XXXX XXXX is the name and phone number used at TD Bank, and is the same line of business for the loan request. i place a fraud alert on XXXX, with extension to XXXX XXXX
