On XXXX XXXX I was trying to pay my car note and car insurance bill and my card kept declining. I had over enough to cover the charges. I called the customer number for Credit Karma spend account, and was advised that my card account had been locked by the system. The customer service department told me they could not tell me why. The rep told me that they send a help ticket to the tier one team. They also advised me that it usually takes 24 hours to get a answer. I have continued to email, call and speak with supervisors and still have not been given a answer as to why my account is locked. My account has currently been locked for 5 days now. I have not received a call back, email, or mailed notice as to why my account is locked. The number provided to me as the customer service number says they can not give me a answer and the only thing they are allowed to do is make a email request for me. Im reaching out for your assistance because I cant get any answers on why my account is locked and I have not received a resolution to my many complaints to this company.
