Consumer Narrative

XX/XX/21 my parents called me that they received checks in the mail for TD Bank. I no longer live at that address and did not open an account or order checks with TD. I ahve never had an account there. I have contacted TD Bank and they assured me that their fraud department would close the account and investigate it but that I still needed to report it.
