I needed to transfer a wire to close escrow on a home I am purchasing. The funds were with Capital One. I sent the wire through their system at XXXX XXXX For some reason Capital One states that they can not process wires after XXXX EST. This is absolutely ridiculous since the federal wire cut off is XXXX EST. Their rules are completely hurting their members ability to move funds within the timelines set by the Fed. They need to change their rules to be more in line with the other banks around the county.
