Received a bill on XX/XX/XXXX from Elevate Recoveries , LLC collecting for their client XXXX, XXXX with the original Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXX has tried with 7 different Collections agencies trying to collect on this debt. I have requested on 6 other occasions to validate this debt with the Original bill, signed Hippa document along with a copy of my driver licenses. Each time documents have never been sent to validate this date. I spoke with XXXX at ext XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX requesting that the debt be validate with the bill, signed hippa form and a copy of my drivers license, XXXX stated that they only had to send the bill and she would request this information from XXXX. I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they informed me to request this information from the Collection company.
