We are getting solar installation with XXXX. They asked us to do a Loan with LoanPal. Today we just were told by LoanPal that we had to open a credit union account as part of the loan. we were forced to sign a XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This was not discussed at any point of doing the Loan. Additionally it was not discussed at the time of the Loan that an ACH /autopay would be required in order to get the 2.99 % rate. It was only revealed to us AFTER we signed the loan that we could pay as we wished through bill pay or on our own but it would be a higher rate.
