Consumer Narrative

I have asked multiple times for the company to provide proof of debt owed and multiple times to provide proof of services rendered. RevSolve has not provided this at all and keeps pointing me back to the original creditor. When disputed in the past it was ignored and no additional information was provided. Since Resolve is not the original credit of this debt and can not provide this info it should not be on my credit. As RevSolve is a medical debt collection agency they need to provide proof they are following any and all applicable HIPPA Laws.
