Equifax ; XXXX and XXXX should not be reporting that I am ( 30 ) days late on the XXXX partial account number XXXX. ( Please see page attached from my credit report. ) This account reports a {$0.00} balance and {$0.00} past due. Please keep in mind that it would be impossible to be late on an account with a {$0.00} balance. This false reporting of lates is seriously harming my credit score and these lates need to be removed. It is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act to no report accurate information on a credit report. I have contacted XXXX as well as the bureaus to remove these lates however, I have not been successful.
