The company billed me extra {$260.00} last month and they have not provided any explanation why? I do not know what happened to my money as it was not included in payment. I asked them to correct the mistake but they have keep saying they are working on it! I am greeting tired of mistakes of this company and their costumer care. there should be a penalty for such companies who waste people time and money. I wish I was able to change my mortgage company.
