This is for one main financial. This situation started around dates of XXXX to XXXX. One main has over abuse their power. I on XXXX XXXX i was badly injured at work, which lead me to being in a worker 's compensation case and out of work do to severe XXXX and XXXX injury that had occurred. One main consistently called during a time of distress for me stating they was collecting debt of XXXX {$7500.00} XXXX. I explain to them i was in a injury case was not working. The representative then stated in my contact i had insurance on the loan, and i could apply it, till further notice. No insurance was ever implied, threaten to garnish my pay, sent me a summos to a judgement on my name if i dont pay the full balance of now which is XXXX. Can somebody assist me please.
