My name is XXXX XXXX and my bank Chime closed my account on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told there was a hold placed on XX/XX/XXXX. I sent all documents needed and waited patiently. After they closed my account they didn't tell me why or accept my calls everytime I called. They said I had to contact them via email to there support line. I have reached out via email for the last 2 months and only received automated responses. I've had to sell stock and other assets to make ends meet during this closure. They have sent me XXXX dollars that was in my credit builder account but nothing else. I had XXXX $ in my checking and XXXX $ in my savings.i feel robbed
