In XX/XX/2021 I got a phone call and then a letter from a collection agency called Receivables Performance Management LLC. They said that I owe XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX bill for services at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ky XXXX. I do not live at that address and never authorized anyone to open an account in my name. This bill has to be fraud. I have written to that collection agency several times and talked to them on the phone several times. They told me to keep it off my credit report I need to file a police report.I filed a police report for fraud with The XXXX police department. The incident report number XXXX. I then sent to information to the collection agency. It still went on my credit report which caused my score to drop 52 points.I am still receiving notices from them saying I need to pay the bill.
