I initially send a copy of my FCT report and identification to all credit bureaus in XXXX. I received a notification via my Experian account that the account for the company XXXX XXXX would stay on my account. I had been working directly with the company in the past to remove this from my credit as it is not my debt and identity fraud. I spoke with an employee at XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, then another employee named XXXX in the complaint department XX/XX/XXXX. She informed me that they had received a fax from me from XXXX but it was half way cut off so they could not determine anything. I informed her I in fact had not sent them a fax of anything and it more than likely was from the credit bureaus. XX/XX/XXXX I then faxed XXXX the information requested ( which I had previously mailed a while back when trying to get this off ) my ID, ( social ), FTC report, my signature 5 times. She mailed me a letter stating what I had send wasn't enough evidence when in fact I sent everything that was asked. This company is determined to keep this own my credit when it is clear this was identity fraud.
