On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from Debt Recovery Solutions ( DRS ) and a subsequent fraudulent/counterfeit bill. DRS claims they are attempting to collect a {$2000.00} medical debt for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX who have both agreed I do not owe them a debt, although DRS continues to harass me over this blatantly fraudulent claim. I have made multiple complaints about this debt and each time DRS agrees to stop collection attempts, although it appears they simply create a new case number and begin this entire process again, after they report to you that they will not seek to extort money from me again. The most recent bill has DRS account number XXXX and claims I owe them {$200.00} this time around. I wrote them and requested original documents, which have never been produced, only the attached counterfeit bill. I am again coming to you for relief from this malicious and fraudulent collection attempt by DRS. The previous complaint number is XXXX, which DRS reported or claimed that they would cease their collection and malicious credit reporting behavior. Mr. XXXX XXXX name is printed on the documents and I am requesting that he be investigated by someone who can drive to DRS, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NY XXXX and interview him about the counterfeit documents he is sending through the US Postal Service with the intent to commit fraud.
