Westlake Financial is reporting Account # XXXX for {$9100.00}, on my credit reports. I've never applied for or received products or services from this company. I made numerous attempts to communicate with this XXXX to dispute the account and start a fraud investigation to no avail. In XX/XX/2020 I requested assistance with addressing this matter and my recovery advocate and Certified Fraud Investigator communicated with XXXX and verified that they are attempting to collect this debt from me and that the account reflects my name and social security number but a different address. This account was caused by ID theft. I've provided an Federal Trade Commission affidavit, police report, proof of my ID, Soc Sec and address indicating that the account is not my account. XXXX has denied to release the results of their investigation as well as denied the deletion of the account from my XXXX
