I have 4 student loans with Nelnet. Nelnet is incorrectly reporting that my student loans were 150 days late twice, back in XXXX, and XXXX. My student loans were never late. I have contacted Nelnet and wrote letters regrading the issue and they have yet to remove the 2 late payments from 2017 and 2019. Also under 15 U.S Code 1681b Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports I never gave Nelnet written consent to report these accounts. As a consumer these accounts must be deleted immediately, or i will seek monetary damages in small claims court in my city and sate. Under 15 U.S Code 1681b Permissible purposes of consumer reports i never gave Nelnet any written consent to report anything on my consumer report and no consent is IDENTITY THEFT.
