Ive have been working on refinancing my house since last year of XX/XX/XXXX, Ive assumed the loan and removed my ex -co borrower I was contacted by Calliber home loans team to refinance my house, I told them the situation were I had a court judgment entered from the judge for the ex borrower to sign a quit claim deed, Calliber advised me they would handle the situation in XXXX of XXXX I got a closing date from them 4 different times, they XXXX the processor and XXXX told me that the signing from the ex is all we needed to move forward to close, I told the ex borrower if he signed off I would sign off on a satisfied judgment of the amount the was entered against him for XXXX so I could close on my house the next following day! Come next day they Calliber told me they were going to close me out on the flowing Saturday never happened I got a email stating your 3 day waiting period has started, I was supposed to close on XX/XX/XXXX then they changed to the XX/XX/XXXX then today I get a call stating they cant close me out! Something is wrong something is not right I removed him off my loan and now my title, they are telling me income verification when I was promised 4 different closing dates! Id like them to be held responsible for my XXXX $ for misleading me and misguiding me, and also pay off my loan since they wont refinance me, its not my mistake someone dropped the ball and they cant fix it and I need help, also the city gave me a tax deduction due to property taxes going up, but yet they still are making me pay them, I have more documents and emails and proof! I want justice
