I applied for a Capital One Venture Rewards because Im looking for a simple to use card for my upcoming travels. I have excellent credit and income. I have steady employment with the XXXX I did the pre approval first and I was pre approved for a few cards, so I decided to go for the Venture Rewards since I saw they have an offer if you spend {$20000.00} in a year which is ok with me. After I applied I was told my application was denied with no explication. Theres no phone number to call or discuss the application with anybody. I feel like Capital One took advantage of my by telling me I was pre approved for the card and then checking all 3 credit bureaus and denying my application without anybody even looking at it.
