My brother, XXXX XXXX XXXX, was named as executor of my fathers estate, The estate of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Attorney XXXX was assisting my brother in Michigan XXXX My brother was also receiving help from an attorney, XXXX XXXX, Attorney XXXX XXXX of Georgia because my father died while living in Georgia. To the best of my knowledge my fathers estate is without oversight. The assets were in a variety of financial instruments in excess of {$12.00}, XXXX. I need assistance to fairly and independently sort through and finalize my fathers estate. My only desire is to ensure the trust be divided equitably divided among the beneficiaries. I have copies of all the critical communication among the siblings. The accounts originated from within XXXX XXXX out of Georgia and then transferred into Wells Forgo in Michigan. I also have critical communication between XXXX and both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX regarding the my fathers estate.
