I had a debt in the amount of {$280.00} on my credit report from convergent outsourcing originating from XXXX. When I moved into my new place in XXXX I called XXXX to setup service and they informed me I had this debt and needed to take care of it. We settled for {$180.00} and they informed me the debt was satisfied and they wouldnt report it on my credit anymore. It is still being reported as of now, XX/XX/2021, after repeated calls to both companies.
