I check my credit report a few months ago around XX/XX/XXXX and notice a fraudalent account that being falsely misrepresented on my credit report. I contacted this company via phone and also wrote letters.I sent numerous letter, one dated XX/XX/XXXX. Another on XX/XX/XXXX and most recently I sent a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX certified mail. The company reporting this is XXXX XXXX XXXX and they are using XXXX and TRANSUNION. There is also a unknown fraudalent hard inquiry on my XXXX report, please remove this XXXX This inaccuracte and false reporting has caused me great harm in my life, it has prevented me from getting apartments and access to credit. This fraudalent account is still being reported on my XXXX and my Transunion credit reports. Please help me resolve this manner I dont know what else to do. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX
