I applied for a mortgage refinance on XX/XX/2021. There was a fee of {$500.00} for the application. XXXX XXXX my loan originator said the process usually 30-45 days. My original disclosure was supposed to be a locked rate at 2.5 %, by the time they got all the documents they said the rates went up to 2.625 % and that I would have to pay more, but they offered to pay a concession. I finally got all my documents sent in and verified. I got a call from my loan originator XXXX temple on XX/XX/XXXX to say my loan was ready to go and a closing date for XX/XX/XXXX. I had to review my closing disclosure and it didn't have the concession on it they offered to pay. The closing costs on it included home owners insurance which I already sent them a copy I had already paid it full so it shouldn't have been included in the closing costs. The closing costs also included property tax which was also already paid my current mortgage insurance company, so that shouldn't have been part of the closing costs either. I tried calling about these, and also sent an email to both the loan originator and loan processor and got no response. I've tried calling multiple times and each time they've been unavailable. I've tried calling the customer service department to which they've told me that no one in management was available to talk and they would send an escalation email and I would hear back, I haven't heard back, it's been 25 days and I haven't heard anything back about my closing costs disclosure. My lock in rate expiration date is XX/XX/2021. It just seems like I'm being ignored.
