This is in reference to complaint no. XXXX. In order to fully understand this current complaint please read the previous complaint referenced above. On XX/XX/2021 I received an email from XXXX XXXX, executive VIP of tXXXX XXXX XXXX stating that their finance team received notification of disputed transaction from WellsFargo bank. WellsFargo has never contact me concerning any transactions from XXXX XXXX XXXX, as a fraudulent charge on my account. I did submit a fraudulent activity claim to WellsFargo, but I never included XXXX XXXX XXXX in my claim. Per my previous complaints to CFPB and my fraudulent activity claim to WellsFargo I stated that the charges to my account are from shopping outlets in XXXX and XXXX only, not XXXX XXXX XXXX In addition to all of this WellsFargo bank has made a deduction from my account in the amount of {$410.00} which caused my account to go in the negative - {$400.00}. WellsFargo 's posted transaction on my account states that a ( REVERSAL OF EXCESS CREDIT DUE TO MERCHANT CREDIT CLAIM XXXX ). WellsFargo 's posted transaction to my account does not fully state in detail who is disputing the fraud charges/activity claim of which I did submit.
