I am writing time in hope that you will consider helping me by removing late payment information from my credit profile. I do not know who else to reach to in regard to my old XXXX XXXX account. I have been a customer with XXXX XXXX for years and I have never had an issue until now. I am highly known in the public eye as I am a two-time XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I constantly refer other players to your company. Currently, XXXX XXXX is reporting a collection account in the amount of {$120.00} on my credit report. Unfortunately, this collection is the result of my personal assistant negligently handling my business affairs. I have included a letter from the business management team that employed my assistant with this letter. Please note, since the time of this inconvenient betrayal I have been mostly successful in working with my creditors to get my accounts in order and restored my credit profile. I implore XXXX XXXX to help me get beyond this nightmare as I should not be responsible to bear the consequence of this collection. I am more than willing to pay this account in full as long as the collection status is removed after payment. A payment was not made as my business management office failed to tell me there was any balance due on this account.
