I received a statement and or reduced balance opportunity, that doesn't coincide with your statement. However I'm given the option to agree with 70 % of total amount owed. Witch is still significantly still not a fair and accurate assessment. If said company were to look in depth, to recorded interactions, they would find where, there was more than minimal discrepancies when it came to customer support and care. Given the situation this opportunity is not acceptable and, I wish to pursue this further. Sincerely XXXX XXXX
