I purchased a car from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and fell on hard times. My car was repossessed, and the debt sold to Account Resolution Association/Persolve. The debt is collecting interest and is currently nearly double the original cost of the car and certainly over the remaining charges after the car was repossessed, at {$20000.00}. The car was repossessed and yet they are charging me the cost of a new car and have not provided a break down of the charges. This is highly predatory considering the amount is so high it prevents me from ever being able to purchase another car or a home. I have tried disputing this debt several times and recieved no help. I would like the company to be investigated for gouging their costs and trying to bully consumers into paying hiked up fees, well over the original debt. XXXX/XXXX is already a horrible company in itself but the company that they hired for debt collection is worse.
