Experian sent me a dispute report # XXXX XX/XX/2021 by electronic email to review dispute results from a previous dispute that was closed on XX/XX/2021. I could not access the dispute results after typing the required information as required by Experian. I received an error letter which said that Experian could not process my dispute and to mail in the letter and request the dispute results via mail and I did. Experian then electronically sent the dispute results via electronic email for a second time on XX/XX/2021 and I received the same error message with the letter to request dispute results via physical mail. ( I have included a screenshot of the error message/letter request for dispute results by mail ).
