Invalid debt from XXXX being collected by AR Resources and reporting to XXXX and XXXX credit bureaus. I filed Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy which was subsequently discharged in XXXX, file attached. All unsnecured debt acquired prior was discharged. Debt being collected predates the bankruptcy filing. I communicated with XXXX regarding this error via their secure portal in XXXX and XXXX. Large portion of this debt was acruded prior to filing date and therefore was discharged. I provided XXXX and AR Resources bankruptcy discharge documentation, explained in writing, neither has responded after 90 days and I am in turn prevented from taking action towards purchasing a home. I spoke to AR Resources on the phone re : bankruptcy discharge, no progress made. Debt reporting is not accurate. US Bankruptcy law is binding. AR Resources has not responded to four rounds of communication and needs to cease reporting to the credit bureaus immediately as their tactics are personally and financially injurious, in addition to being a HIPAA violation, which I also informed both entitites of, no response.
