on the date XXXX I sent a letter stating that this agency is in violation of 15 U.S.C 1692g. This agency fail to respond satisfactorily with deletion of the accounts that are reporting on my credit report it has been over 45 days later and I have not received a response. I truly feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 XXXX a ) states that failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report. it has been well over 45 days so they should be deleted. I demand these accounts be deleted and to cease all collection activities immediately or I will file for litigation which I will be seeking {$3000.00} per violation for Defamation, Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud and Violations of 15 U.S.C 1692g.
