I am the victim of identity theft and fraud. FTC Report XXXX : XXXX I sent out 605b and Notice to Furnishers 67 days ago informing all parties of the activities. While XXXX has made some effort to make corrections they have not made all of them. Similarly XXXX has made some corrections, but not all of them. Transunion has made no effort. In fact, unless I pay them {XXXX} I'm unable to even obtain my credit report directly from them. Similarly, during the worst of the fraud that peaked over a weekend, they stated they could only lock my credit if I paid them a {XXXX} fee. To this date they are difficult to work with, to the point I have had to copy and paste sections of the FTC report into my public comments to show proof to potential lenders that I am at my witts end notifying them and they simply deny that I am and typically hang up on me. I have over 20 recorded phone calls to them and although I realize the calls are not admissible in court, they offer some satisfaction that I have some level of evidence of their disregard for consumer data. Credit inquiries I have disputed and the bureaus have not removed/removed all of ( in addition they have failed to provide the names of persons spoken to, the dates and times they allegedly spoke to them, the organization 's name spoken to, copies of my signature authorizing these inquiries, or ANY evidence they even did a legitimate investigation other than XXXX somehow magically finishing their investigations on the same day I disputed the inquiry ... even if I disputed at XXXX at night!
