XX/XX/16 : received a bill in the mail for my real estate property taxes, half 1, in the amount if {$1000.00}. I have been paying into my mortgage with VHDA from my monthly payments and so my property taxes are supposed to be paid by my lender. By me getting this bill, I can only assume they have not paid them for 2021 year. This lender has been paying my property tax for the past two years. I have not changed lenders, I have not refinanced my house, nothing has changed except I switched insurance companies for my house. I do not understand why I am getting this bill when I have not received one before. They have always been paid by my lender.
