under my credit report it is showing that XXXX XXXX is /has been sent to collections. The account has a balance due of XXXX and that is a inaccurate balance. I have disputed it with experian numerous times but they never remove or take anything off my report and they continue to make my score drop lower and lower as time passes by. I am XXXX and has been affected by the covid 19. I have documentation if you need this as formal proof. I have been trying to get the account closed and im not showing this has happened either. This is so sad to be happening to someone in the situation that I am in.
