XXXX XXXX is not my account as stated in the multiple letters they has sent to numerous addresses to avoid me disputing the account within the time provided by the FDCPA. This account was placed on my credit report knowing it could not be verified as the account was disputed in 2020 by XXXX XXXXk and was removed because the company could not provide legal verification of the debt as per the FCRA. TransUnion and XXXX removed and deleted the account and all information last. The company now has in violation of the FDCPA placed the account on my credit and refused to provide the initial letter prior to the debt being placed on my credit per the FDCRFA. Debt should be removed immediately especially if the creditor states the account is in dispute as i would have done if I received notification under the FDCPA. Creditor has only provided statement and not legal documents bearing my signature I am the person responsible for this debt. If TransUnion and XXXX doesn't delete this unverified and fraudulent immediately, I will have to file damages under federal and state law as this is damaging my credit rating.
